The Supreme Court has yesterday ruled that the current law which prevents heterosexual couples from entering into a Civil Partnership is discriminatory. It would seem that a change in the law is likely to follow to make Civil Partnerships available to not only same sex couples. It remains to be seen if and when this will take place.
